Return Policy and Refunds

All refunds and returns are accepted under the following requirements and within 7 days from the customers arrival date:

-Clothing is unworn, unwashed, in original condition and in original packaging

-Game is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging

-Mugs are unchipped, no cosmetic damages/scratches and in the original condition in which it was received. Must be returned in it's original packaging.

-Proof of arrival date must be included in the return/refund request

*Please allow 7-10 business days for our location to receive your return. Once approved, your purchase will be refunded to your original account used to purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to credit to your account.
