Credit cards are processed based on the 16 digit numbers on the card as well as the cvc security number. Please check that all entered information is accurate. This includes the card number, cvc code and the name on the card. If information is still rejected, please contact your credit or debit card provider.

We use the following methods for orders within the United States and its territories: USPS First Class Mail, USPS First Class Package and UPS Ground.
What if my package is late or lost?
If your package becomes lost or is late, please contact us through Chat on our web page located to the bottom right. You can also email us at projectusrequitedlove@gmail.com or through Instagram direct message at @Requited_Love
How do I get added to your email list?
To sign up for our email list, please fill in your email in the Subscribe with some Love tab located towards the bottom of our Requited Love homepage.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If you unfortunately receive a damaged item, please take photos and send them along with your delivery details to projectusrequitedlove@gmail.com. You should receive a response within 2 business days.
When a order is made on the Requited Love website, we encourage all customers to sign up for email updates. This makes the tracking process easier on both ends and puts customers at ease while they wait for their items. Please contact Chat support for more information. What if I am missing an item from my online order?
If you are missing an item in your packages please contact us through Chat Support located at the bottom right of our web page.

Can I change or cancel my order?Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your order, it must be done within 24 hours of purchase date. Please contact Chat support for immediate assistance.
How can I check the status of my order?
All order statuses will be sent to the provided email used. If you have not signed up for emails, please do so through our sign up page located towards the bottom of the Requited Love Homepage.

Shipping Options: International
Requited Love does not currently ship internationally. However, we plan to in the near future. Please keep on eye out on our Social Media handles for announcements after January 1, 2022.
What payment methods do you accept?
Project Us Requited Love accepts payments from Amex, Google Pay, Discover, PayPal, Facebook Pay, Mastercard, Vimeo and Visa.
What do I do if a Coupon Code is not working?
If you come across a coupon code please check the web page stating the expiration of that code if available. Please also check any emails received stating the terms of the coupon and usage date.
